Already posted to the CC site is the first half of this month’s >>> “Now Listen to Me…” <<< column containing news of various classic film screenings happening in theatres around the world and the first 12 (out of 23) recommended movies to watch on TCM.

In New York City, New York Film Forum is showing until Thursday, April 4, Hidden Gem #67 The Big Risk a.k.a. Classe Tous Risques (1960, France). Making his directorial debut is Claude Sautet. This lesser known film noir has dynamite intensity care of ex-con/writer José Giovanni’s contributing authenticity. Right from the gate, this noir speeds off and never looks back. Don’t miss it.
