End Credits #62: Cinema's 2017 Lost Treasures Bill Paxton

These are some of Cinema's sad departures of 2017 taken from my personal notes soon after the events took place: 

This is just too damn much. Bill Paxton has died from surgery complications at the age of 61. Sources close to his surviving family were told Paxton underwent heart surgery, had complications post-op and suffered a fatal stroke. This is so tragic. He leaves behind a wife and two children. How many energetic and vividly colourful characters did this consummate actor give us? He lit up the screen with every appearance. So now it truly is "game over." This is extremely upsetting. Bill Paxton (May 17, 1955 - February 26, 2017) R.I.P.
