End Credits #41: Cinema's 2015 Lost Treasures Kristine Miller

These are some of Cinema's sad departures of 2015 taken from my personal notes soon after hearing of the events:

Just reported is the death of the beautiful and talented actress Kristine Miller at age 90. The Argentinian born Jacqueline Olivia Eskeson received a screen test from producer Hal Wallis, who signed her to a contract in July, 1946 and changed her stage name to Kristine Miller. She appeared in 4 films with actress Lizabeth Scott: Desert Fury (her first credited role), I Walk Alone, Too Late for Tears and Paid in Full. She also played the female lead in Jungle Patrol and Young Daniel Boone, fulfilled important supporting roles in Shadow on the Wall and Flight Nurse and made uncredited but important appearances in Sorry Wrong Number and From Here to Eternity. Miller also enhanced numerous TV series of the '50s like her recurring role as Margaret Jones on the Emmy Award winning Stories of the Century (1954 - 1955) and her last acting assignment Tales of Wells Fargo, released in 1961. Kristine Miller (June 13, 1925 - Late 2015) R.I.P.
